Cranston Sparks is a real estate Broker for Prudential Snyder Real Estate in Bloomington/Normal specializing in servicing customers interested in purchasing or selling residential housing and commercial property.  With a diverse cultural and ethnic marketing team that he leads, Cranston is able to reach the needs of all cultural, ethnic and social economic clientele in the market place.

A graduate of the University of Illinois, Cranston has earned experience in personal and commercial insurance management, financial instruments investing, construction, real estate investments and marketing. This broad background led him to open a real estate investment company, Sparks & Associates, Inc. a California corporation in 1996.  With a passion to serve the community, he has served on many boards to sphere economic development and to instill hope to individuals in blighted areas.

He currently serves as Board President of Mid Central Community Action and past President of the Central Illinois Realtist Board of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers.

Cranston is an avid professional speaker and writer on subjects pertaining to real estate and business planning.  His teachings are known to be inspirational, light hearted and rewarding to the student.
